Cool Creek Coffee Co. roasts are all single-origin beans, roasted

and ground to customer specifications.

All beans are sold in 16 oz quantities for One Time or Subscription purchases.

Because having a custom roast is a new experience we recommend a few things to help make sure you get the most out of each bag. If you order whole beans, make sure you’re using a conical burr grinder. Don’t have one? No worries we have you covered, just indicate your brewing method in the notes section of your order and we will grind your order to perfection for your brewing style.

If you’re grinding at home we recommend starting with one full tablespoon of whole beans to each 8 fluid ounce cup of coffee. Because our focus is on the flavor of the beans and the roast we are careful not to over roast. This process allows the consumer to enjoy the true flavors of the bean.
